Curriculum

5 Lessons • 5 Hours

A critical exploration of the perceived divide between Tantra and Veda, examining their deeper continuity within the broader framework of sādhana. The theme unfolds through three key lenses: Adhikāra, understood as the required qualification and inner readiness of a sādhaka entering Tantra-sādhana; Yajñakrama, seen through the two modes of worship — Antaryāga and Bahiryāga; and the seven Jñānabhūmikās, as described in the Yogavāsiṣṭha and other scriptures, which help assess the aspirant’s spiritual preparedness.

  • Mahavidyāvagāhana – Day 1

An interpretive study of the Lalitopākhyāna, highlighting Śrī Lalitā as the embodiment of sovereignty, beauty, wisdom, and cosmic order. The narrative of Bhaṇḍāsura-vadha is approached as a profound symbolic account of divine power, inner conquest, and the restoration of dharma.

  • Mahavidyāvagāhana – Day 2

A focused inquiry into Tripurabhairavī, the form in which Maa Kāmākhya would manifest this year during Ambubachi, as the force of tapas, discipline, and transformative speech. The theme examines the inner structure of Mantra-Śakti, showing how sound, intention, purity, and awakened awareness shape the sādhaka’s spiritual transformation.

  • Mahavidyāvagāhana – Day 3

A contemplative engagement with the Kālikarpūrādi Stotra, revealing Dakṣiṇakālikā as the power of time, dissolution, protection, and liberation. The symbolism of Rātri is explored as a sacred field of concealment, gestation, transformation, and spiritual awakening.

  • Mahavidyāvagāhana – Day 4

A symbolic and philosophical reflection on Chinnamastā, one of the most striking forms among the Mahāvidyās. Her iconography is interpreted as a teaching on self-offering, ego-transcendence, life-force, sacrifice, and rebirth through radical inner transformation.
